Unlock The Hero Inside

Many people assume CPR and First Aid are skills reserved for healthcare professionals. That couldn’t be further from the truth.

Sudden Cardiac Arrest doesn’t wait for a hospital setting—it happens in everyday places: playgrounds, grocery stores, shopping malls, state fairs, workplaces, and most often, at home. When it strikes, every second matters.

CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is a critical life‑saving intervention for someone whose heart has stopped or who is no longer breathing. Without immediate action, brain damage can begin within 4–6 minutes, and the likelihood of survival drops dramatically after 10 minutes.

The difference between life and death often comes down to bystanders.
When CPR and defibrillation are provided right away, a victim’s chance of survival can double. The crucial window to act is just 3 to 5 minutes—long before emergency medical services can arrive.

That’s why bystanders play an essential role. Calling 911, starting CPR, and using the nearest AED.
